Deposits made via methods not listed above or in a third party's name will be refunded and may result in account suspension pending review.
Withdrawals at 888ff are processed exclusively via Pix, within 5 (five) minutes of the request, 24 hours a day. Withdrawals must be made to the Pix key registered under the account holder's name — transfers to third parties are not permitted.
The minimum amount for a withdrawal request is R$ 20.00. Amounts below the minimum remain in the account balance until the threshold is reached.
To protect users against fraud and meet regulatory requirements, the 888ff may require full identity verification (KYC) before releasing withdrawals. Document review takes up to 48 business hours. During this period, your balance remains in the account and is still available for betting.
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bets placed using bonus funds — after the wagering requirement (rollover) has been met — become available for withdrawal. Real deposit balances may be withdrawn at any time, regardless of bonus status.

A 888ff monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse — such as wagering on opposing outcomes, use of multiple accounts, or other behavior designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have those bonuses cancelled and any resulting winnings withheld for review.
A 888ff reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel bets at any time before transaction confirmation, particularly when incorrect odds result from a technical or human error. Confirmed bets are binding and cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation.
The cash out feature is available for selected pre-game and live bets. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on how the event is unfolding and may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the original stake. A 888ff may temporarily suspend cash out during live events at moments of high volatility.
Bets on cancelled or postponed events — where the postponement exceeds 48 hours — will be refunded at the original staked amount. Events postponed but held within 48 hours will stand. Decisions on specific markets follow the rules published for each sport on the platform.
Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — due to a typing error, system fault, or odds significantly outside market range — may be voided by the 888ff, with a full refund of the amount wagered. The platform is not obligated to honor odds generated by a proven technical error.
All casino games, crash games, and slots available on 888ff are provided by internationally licensed and audited providers. Results are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of crash games, by publicly verifiable Provably Fair technology.
Game results are final once each round is completed. Technical discrepancies — such as a connection drop during a round — are reviewed using 888ff's server logs, which take precedence over any screenshot or user report. Disputes regarding game results must be submitted to support within 72 hours of the event.
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed in the interface before the round begins. The 888ff may adjust these limits at any time and may also set individual account limits in specific cases.
In the event of a technical failure affecting an ongoing game, 888ff will assess each case individually. Bets affected by confirmed failures will be refunded. The platform is not liable for losses caused by issues with the user's own internet connection.
